MN Reading & Math Corps Tutors Needed

Seeking Math & Literacy tutors for
the 2017-2018 School year.

Tutors may earn a living allowance,
educational award,
federal student loan forbearance and other benefits.

YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

Make a lasting impact as a tutor!

Become a tutor! We are seeking Literacy and Math tutors for the 2017-2018 School Year!

Would you love to help children grow their reading or math skills, succeed in school and get extra support? If your answer is yes, you can be trained to serve as a tutor with Minnesota Reading Corps or Minnesota Math Corps. We are recruiting full and part time literacy and math tutors for schools in Rochester.

In addition to our extensive paid training, tutors receive on-site support from specially trained school mentors. Tutors are paid a living allowance, and are eligible for an education award of up to $5,645 and federal student loan forbearance. Tutors 55 or older may gift the award to a child or grandchild.

Tutors are parents, grandparents, recent college graduates, mid-career professionals and retirees. Anyone who may want to get more involved in our schools, explore a new career in education, re-enter the workforce or give back to their community, you can succeed as a tutor.

Applicants can learn more and apply a www.MinnesotaReadingCorps.org or www.MinnesotaMathCorps.org. Strong preference is given to tutors who can begin in August. Send questions to recruitment@servemnaction.org or call 866-859-2825.

For more information about tutor positions available at Rochester Public Schools please contact:
